Policies and Prices for Retailers

Ordering

You can place an order by calling (715) 364-8404. Friendly warning: This is a home business and it will probably sound like it in the background when you call us. If we're not available, feel free to leave a voice mail message with your order -- please SLOWLY provide us with your phone number.

You can also email your order: info@cfpress.com. We will ship as soon as possible, but it may take a few days (or longer during holidays, the summer, etc.).

While we will try to meet your shipping deadline requests, we ask that you give us plenty of lead time. Again, this is a home business and a working farm, and our ability to respond quickly to orders depends upon what else is vying for our time. In general, expect one week from the time you place your order, until the order leaves our warehouse.

Examination Copies

Exam copies are $2.50 each, postage-paid (we will have to charge you some postage if you are outside the US, though). The exam copies may have slight defects and will be clearly marked EXAM COPY. We will refund your exam copy cost if you buy 10 copies of that book (you may have to remind us since we don't have an easy way to keep track of this).

Shipping and Handling

Because of its reliability over the years, we ship via UPS. You will be charged for the actual UPS shipping costs that we incur.

Payment

Full payment is due within 30 days from the actual date of shipment (except for orders of 500 or more, which are due within 60 days from the actual date of shipment). Late payment penalties of 1.5% per month will be added to delinquent accounts. We really appreciate those of you who pay your bill on time. Thank you!

Returns

We don't allow returns of unsold books, but will gladly accept returns of defective books (which will be replaced with new books immediately after we receive the defective ones). If your books are damaged in shipping, please contact the shipping company (UPS) right away. We cannot contact them for you.

Price discounts for Retailers (we must have a copy of your reseller license)

Prices are based on the total number of books you buy in that single order. Thus, if you buy 3 Sarah, 4 Jeff, and 4 Isaac in one order, you will be charged only $5.10 per book. Ask us if you have any questions.
